Welcome to mrdigitals.com (the “Website”) and the mobile app Code By Ramzan: Live Editor (the “App”), operated by Ramzan (“we”, “us”). By using the Website or the App, or by buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Use of the Website and App
You agree to use them lawfully and not to:
- break or try to break their security, or interfere with how they work;
- copy, scrape or republish our content in bulk without permission;
- use them to send spam, malware or anything harmful or unlawful;
- pretend to be another person or misuse another person’s payment details.
We may suspend or block access if these Terms are broken.
2. The App
The App is a free code editor for writing and previewing HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The code you write stays on your device, and you are responsible for it and for backing it up. The App runs your code in a preview, so do not run code you do not trust. The Tutorials page embeds YouTube videos, which are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). The App may change, be updated or be discontinued at any time.
3. Digital products (code snippets)
We sell code snippets and other digital products on the Website. Product descriptions are provided to help you decide, and we try to keep them accurate. After payment, you receive the product by download or email.
4. Licence for purchased products
When you buy a product, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the code in your own projects, including client projects.
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, share or publish the code files themselves, as they are, or as a competing product;
- upload the files to a marketplace, template store, code-sharing site or public repository where others can download them;
- claim the original files as your own work.
You own what you build with the code. We keep the copyright in the original snippets. A product’s page may state more specific licence terms, and those apply to that product.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the Website and may change at any time. Changes do not affect orders already paid. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and you may pay by card or other methods Razorpay offers. Your card details are entered on Razorpay’s secure page. We do not see or store your full card number. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information and to use only payment methods you are allowed to use.
6. Refunds
Digital products are generally non-refundable, with the exceptions described in our Refund Policy at https://mrdigitals.com/refund-policy/. By buying from us, you agree to that policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Website, the App, and everything on them, including text, tutorials, images, logos, designs and code, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. The “Code By Ramzan” and “Amazing Learning” names are ours. You may not use our name or logos without our written permission. Third-party names, logos and videos, such as YouTube’s, belong to their owners.
8. User comments and content
If you post a comment or send us content, you confirm that it is yours to share and does not break the law or anyone’s rights. You give us permission to display it on the Website. We may edit or remove any comment, for example if it is spam, abusive, misleading or unlawful.
9. Third-party links and services
The Website and App link to other services, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Razorpay. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. The Website also shows ads served by Google AdSense, and we are not responsible for the ads shown by third parties.
10. Disclaimer
The Website, the App and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that the Website or App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that code will work in your environment, with every browser or device, or without changes. Tutorials and snippets are for learning and general use. Test code before using it in a live or important project.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of the Website, the App or the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded.

13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when. By continuing to use the Website or App after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Rajouri, Jammu & Kashmir, India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to sort it out.
